Terms of Service.
The rules for using FutPrint.

These terms govern your use of the FutPrint website, web terminal and desktop apps (the "Service"), operated by TrueData ("TrueData", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use FutPrint for an organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.

FutPrint provides charting, order-flow, volume-profile, options-analytics, scanning, replay and paper-trading tools for NSE, BSE and MCX instruments. Which modules, exchanges and data timings you get depends on your plan, as described on the pricing page. We improve the Service continuously and may add, change or retire features. If we remove something central to a plan you have paid for, we will offer a fair remedy, such as credit for the remaining period.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
• Give accurate details and keep them current. We may ask you to verify your email or mobile number.
• An account is for one person. Do not share your sign-in or let others use your subscription.
• Keep your sign-in secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

• Prices: plans are priced in Indian rupees on the pricing page. GST is added at checkout at the applicable rate.
• Payment: payments are processed by Razorpay. A plan starts when payment is confirmed and runs for the period you bought.
• Renewal: one-time purchases end at the close of their period. If you choose a recurring payment where it is offered, it renews each period until you cancel, and cancelling stops future charges.
• Free trial: new accounts can activate one 7-day Max trial without a payment method. One trial per person; creating extra accounts for more trials is not allowed.
• Upgrades: when you upgrade, the unused value of your current plan is taken off the price of the new plan as a discount. It does not add extra days to the new plan.
• Refunds: all sales are final and we do not refund partly used periods, except where the law requires or where we cannot provide the Service you paid for.
• Price changes: new prices apply from your next purchase or renewal, never to a period you have already paid for.

Market data in FutPrint comes from TrueData's feeds and is licensed from the stock exchanges. It is provided for your own use while you use the Service. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish the data, or feed it into another product or service.
• Scrape, bulk-download or automatically extract data, or use the Service to build a competing dataset.
• Broadcast live data or a live terminal to an audience without our written permission.

Sharing an occasional screenshot for discussion or education is fine. Exchanges require us to log access to their data and may require us to report it.

Data can be delayed, incomplete or interrupted by exchange, network or provider issues. Free and Lite plans show end-of-day data. Always confirm prices with your broker before acting.

Derived analytics are calculated from market data using models and rules that have limits, and they describe what has happened, not what will happen. Paper trading and replay results do not account for slippage, liquidity or the emotions of real trading, and past performance does not predict future results.

Trading in equities, futures, options and commodities carries a high risk of loss, and you can lose more than you invest in leveraged products. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. Consider seeking advice from a SEBI-registered investment adviser.

Where the Service lets you connect a broker account, orders are placed with your broker under your agreement with them. TrueData is not a stockbroker and does not hold funds or securities. Check every order before you send it. We are not responsible for a broker's systems, its execution, or the safety of credentials you choose to store on a shared device.

Do not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the Service or its software, except where the law permits.
• Get around plan limits, access controls or security measures, or access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Overload or disrupt the Service, or probe it for weaknesses without permission.
• Use the Service for market manipulation, fraud or anything illegal.
• Upload scripts, templates or messages that are malicious, infringing, abusive or misleading.

Layouts, watchlists, scripts, journal entries and other content you create remain yours. You let us store, process and display that content only to provide the Service to you. If you publish a workspace template to the community, you let other FutPrint users view and use it, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

The Service, its software, design, documentation and the FutPrint and TrueData names and logos belong to TrueData or its licensors. While your account is in good standing, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the web terminal and to install the desktop apps on your own devices. Feedback you send us may be used to improve FutPrint without obligation to you.

We work to keep FutPrint available during market hours, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, exchange outages and events outside our control can cause interruptions or delays. We announce planned maintenance in advance where we can.

You can stop using FutPrint at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, shares its access, fails to pay, or puts the Service, other users or our data licences at risk. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as payment, liability and governing law, continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including fitness for a particular purpose and the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of data and analytics.

To the extent the law allows, TrueData is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service or of any data or analytics in it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for it in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to compensate TrueData for losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service or its data.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these terms as the Service and the law change. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the terminal before they take effect. Continuing to use FutPrint after that means you accept the updated terms.
