Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time — the remaining value of your current plan comes off the price of the new one, so you never lose a single rupee. Buying your current plan again extends it from its end date. Moving to a lower plan opens up once your current plan ends.

What payment methods do you accept?

Through Razorpay we accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, etc.), net banking and popular wallets.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. Instead of refunds we provide a 'Fair Credit' system, where the unused value of your current plan comes off the price when you upgrade.

What is Ask FutPrint, and is it on every plan?

Ask FutPrint is the Ask button in the terminal header, beside Widgets. It opens a drawer where you ask how to do something in FutPrint in plain words, and it answers from the FutPrint guides with links to the page it rests on. Say what to do on a chart and it does it: indicators, drawings, timeframe, replay and alerts, each change on a card you can undo. It says so when the guides do not cover a question, and it gives no trading advice. It is included in every plan, Free included: forty quick answers a day, a chart command counting as one, then one a minute up to three hundred, resetting at midnight IST. Order-flow finds on the chart are in Pro and Max.

What is Compose with AI, and which plans include it?

Compose with AI lives in the Script Editor. Describe an indicator or strategy in plain words, or ask for a change to the open script, and the OpenScript is written into the editor, compiled on the spot and fixed when the compiler objects. It is included in the Pro and Max plans, trials too, with 50 generations per account per day that reset at midnight IST. It writes and revises scripts only.
